Nut and Cacao Smoothie

The avocado in this healthy nut and cacao smoothie gives it a creamier consistency

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chilled almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon cacoa powder

  • 1 small ripe banana, peeled

  • 1/4 small ripe avocado, flesh removed

  • 1 tablespoon LSA

  • Handful of ice-cubes

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and serve.

    Serves 1
