I’m Sara Knight and I’m passionate about helping you regain your health.

I have experience, both personally and professionally, across two main areas of health: gut health and weight release.

Before becoming a naturopath, I spent way too much time feeling unwell, not sure what I could do to help myself feel better and generally confused.  Unfortunately, the medical community could not help me with my health issues. 

Feeling confused and lost in understanding what to do to feel better is what led me to become a naturopath and counsellor. Now, I can help people just like you. If you’re fed up with feeling unwell, frustrated by a lack of diagnosis and not sure what to do next, I can help you find the answers to a truly healthy life.

Gut Health

Signs that your gut is out of control include bloating, pain, reflux, constipation and/or diarrhoea. Reactions to foods can be unreliable, hard to understand which foods are causing an issue as it can change day to day. Often medical tests come back normal.

Weight Loss

The calorie restriction and exercise you did in your 20s and 30s no longer works. You feel like you have tried everything but nothing works. The rules have changed but no one gave you the new rule book.

It stops you from living your best life, but it doesn’t have to be that way. I know because I’ve been there, and I’ve spent years studying and working in the field.
